Warranty Information

If within one year from the date you purchased one of our products, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Vitanelle will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components, free of charge.

This warranty excludes:

 
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
 
• Units taken out of the European Union;
 
• Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
 
• Units not used in accordance with Vitanelle care instructions;
 
• Damage exceeding the cost of the product;
 
• Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client's premises;
 
• Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase;
 
• Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at vitanelle.team@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Please note that this warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
