Shipping Policy

     
  • Free Tracked Shipping on all orders within the European Union.
  •  
  • All orders ship from our EU warehouses.
  •  
  • Standard shipping time: 3–7 business days after order is placed.
  •  
  • Express shipping available: 2–4 business day delivery time.

Returns Policy

Vitanelle wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read the following conditions carefully. Returns that do not meet all of the conditions below will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Eligibility

     
  • You must request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. No exceptions will be made after this period.
  •  
  • The item must be completely unused, in its original condition, and show no signs of use, wear, or damage.
  •  
  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Items returned without original packaging will be refused.
  •  
  • All accessories, cords, manuals, and documentation originally included must be returned. Missing components will result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.
  •  
  • Opened hygiene or personal-use products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  •  
  • Only items purchased directly from vitanelle.eu are eligible for return. Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to those retailers in accordance with their own policies.
  •  
  • A valid proof of purchase and original order number must be included with every return. Returns without proof of purchase will not be processed.
  •  
  • Products that have been repaired, modified, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Return Process

     
  • Before sending anything back, you must contact us first at vitanelle.team@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
  •  
  • All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vitanelle does not provide prepaid return labels.
  •  
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Vitanelle is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.
  •  
  • The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

     
  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days to verify it meets all return conditions.
  •  
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days after inspection. An email confirmation will be sent to the address associated with your order.
  •  
  • If the returned item does not meet all conditions, no refund will be issued and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
  •  
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We do not issue refunds by any other means.
  •  
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

     
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
  •  
  • If you cannot pick the unit up from the original address, the carrier will attempt to deliver up to 3 times and then hold your package at the closest post office.
  •  
  • If you cannot pick it up there, it will be returned to our warehouse. Vitanelle will contact you to confirm an address change. Re-delivery costs may apply.
  Please note: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases. This policy is designed to operate within those legal rights. For more information about your rights as an EU consumer, please visit europa.eu.
